Staff Lin helped me a lot during the stay. He helped me to transfer the luggage to next hotel with great sense of responsibility. Even there were some problem encountered during the process, he handled it with patience and kindness.

The staffs well training very patient good services and the room spaces nice view the bath room they used to L'Occitane products the mattress was so firmly and comfortable highly recommended

Did't eat breakfast at hotel.. since the expense is a bit over price & i'd like to try classical Shanghai breakfast.
